You can use any 16"x16" pillow, or cushion, or foam. An other option is to stuff it with a folded blanket, or hide your childhood stuffies from guests. There are many ways to fill this pillow covering without using an actual pillow.
It is 100% poly with a very soft, almost velvety touch to it. There is a zipper closure, and it is machine washable.
