ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 72hrs to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY/PICK-UP

During checkout, you have the option of selecting “I’m a local”, which qualifies you for free delivery or pick-up depending on your location. By claiming you are a local, you agree that you reside within 30kms of us and are willing to be available to meet up for pick-up, or convenient enough for delivery. We will reach out to you if other shipping options need to be chosen if outside of our local area.

When your order is ready for delivery or pick-up, you will receive an email or text.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $16 applies to orders shipping to anywhere in Canada! *Not available for addresses using a PO Box* .

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5.00 flat rate Letter mail shipping for small orders. Please note that this method is NOT tracked, and NOT insured. Please use your best judgment when selecting this shipping option as we have no traceability once it leaves our hands.
To qualify: your package must be smaller than 245 mm x 156 mm x 5 mm (9.6 inches x 6.1 inches x 0.2 inches) and weigh less than 50g.

For your convenience and peace of mind, we offer a Flat Rate shipping option for anyone in Canada. You’ll receive tracking information and your parcel will be insured for $100. Additional insurance may be purchased at an additional cost. Please reach out to us to get that added on for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We do not accept refunds or returns on any of our products. Please thoroughly inspect your item upon receipt and contact us within 10 days of placing your order, if there are any issues.

 We will be very happy to work with you and come to a mutually beneficial resolution to the issue. Please note that we take extra care when packaging and shipping all of our orders. If an order is damaged during transit, you may contact the carrier, provided your order was insured.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or you have concerns with your order, please email us as soon as possible at noveltyish@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
